Just heard on the news that after 4 days of bombing, Israel may ask for a 48hr truce to see if Hamas will stop shooting rockets at them.
I don't think so.
I can just imagine some maniac hamas terrorist who just can't resist to let off one more rocket.
Then that's all Israel need to justify a righteous ground offensive in Gaza.
I know a ground offensive will play somewhat into Hamas' hands as they will have an enemy they can shoot at, at close range, but I think the IDF are a bit more cunning than that.
What about some Thunder Runs through the guts of Gaza. A high speed column of Merkavas which shoot at anything which shoots at them.
In and out faster than Hamas can react and there you go. Another 50 dead terrorist.
Who know what will happen but I know Hamas is on the back foot and going nowhere fast
